I offer counselling sessions in-person or online, whatever feels more comfortable for you.

I also provide a free 30 minute initial session, giving you the opportunity to see whether you feel we will work well together and to ask any questions you may have about therapy.

I have my own counselling room in the centre of Rye, East Sussex.

It is a short walk from Rye train station with direct links from Hastings

and Ashford.

 

 

​​​​​​​​​My standard fee is £45 per 50 minute session.

 

A limited number of concessionary sessions of £30 are available for students, OAPs, and people on a lower income or receiving benefits.
