How counselling is offered​​

I offer counselling sessions both in-person from my private counselling room in the centre of Rye, East Sussex, or online via Zoom, so you can choose the option that feels right for you.

 

Getting started​

​

I provide a free 30 minute initial session, giving us the opportunity to meet, chat about what has brought you to counselling, and to decide whether we feel like a good fit.

Fees

​

​​​​​​​​​My standard fee is £45 per 50 minute session.

I also offer a limited number of reduced fee sessions for students, and people on a lower income or receiving benefits.
