I offer a warm, non-judgemental and confidential space where

you're free to talk openly about whatever's on your mind.

I believe the relationship between counsellor and client is at the heart of meaningful therapy, and together we can explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels right for you.

My path to counselling grew from my own life experiences and a genuine desire to support others, particularly those who may feel unseen or unheard.

It is a privilege to be able to walk alongside my clients, supporting them through their counselling journey, whilst offering acceptance and compassion in a world that can often feel overwhelming.

I am a qualified person-centred counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and work within their Ethical Framework to ensure safe and respectful practice.

Wellbeing Resources

Alongside my counselling practice, I create gentle wellbeing resources and printables through my Etsy shop PeacefulFoxPrints.

They are designed to encourage calm reflection and self-kindness beyond the therapy room.
