Person-Centred Counselling.

Originally developed by the psychotherapist Carl Rogers, person-centred counselling emphasises on the qualities of the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist.

Rogers believed that all individuals have the ability for growth and enhancement, and healing can occur if the client feels they are valued, understood and accepted.

Person-centred therapy can help you change the way you think and feel about yourself, therefore facilitating a positive change.

I, as your therapist will enter into your world alongside you, supporting you on your counselling journey.

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change"

Carl Rogers
